视频介绍： Richard Greene Teaches His Invention 'The Chop'-Part 1 of 2 Here is Part 1 of my teaching a violin technique which I invented in 1965 and perfected during my 1966 tenure as one of Bill Monroe's Blugrass Boys. I call it 'The Chunky Chop' and this rhythmic harmonic device can now be found throughout most of modern fiddling and is simply referred to as 'the chop' or 'chopping'. This video is an excerpt of a workshop I gave on 3/11/06 at The Metzler Violin shop in Glendale, California. (Video shot by Chris Vitas from San Diego.)
